We are a small family run business, providing cleaning & Housemaid services across Chatham and Medway Kent. Cancellations Policy
Cancellations for regular; weekly or fortnightly cleaning is chargeable, at full cost of the cleaning session. If we need to cancel, there will be no charges to the client. If we arrive and we are not given access to the property, you will be liable to pay for the full cost of the scheduled cleaning service, this includes the arrival of your cleaner in the event a health and safety risk prevents your cleaner from full access. HubbardsClean is not obligated to reschedule the time or day of your scheduled cleaning. The Client is liable for the full cost of the service if in the event we are unable to complete cleaning tasks due to lack of hot water, electricity or a third-party contractor being on the property, or health & safety risks within the property preventing full access. One months’ notice 4 calendar weeks is required to permanently cancel/ terminate our cleaning services and must be sent to us in writing. HubbardsClean reserves the right to withdrawer services with immediate effect and we will notify you in writing. HubbardsClean reserves the right to withdrawer services with immediate effect if there is a noticeable loss of confidence between the service and the client.
The safety of our clients and our team is our top priority. We follow strict safety protocols to ensure that our cleaning services are performed safely and efficiently. We also use non-toxic and eco-friendly cleaning products to minimize any potential health risks. The Client is liable for the full cost of the service if in the event we are unable to complete cleaning tasks due to lack of hot water, electricity or a third-party contractor, or health & safety risks within the property preventing full access access. Zero Tolerance Policy
HubbardsClean has a zero Tolerance policy against verbal abuse this includes any form of accusation made against the cleaner whilst onsite. Any complaints should be raised via the proper complaints pathway to be rectified – see ‘customer satisfaction or complaints’ HubbardsClean reserves the right to withdrawer services with immediate effect in the case that there is a loss of confidence or where a verbal accusation has been made in person, resulting in inappropriate confrontation. The cleaner reserves the right to abort a cleaning session where they feel there has been a loss of confidence or any form of harassment whilst on the property. If a cleaning session is aborted by the cleaner in line with this policy - HubbardsClean reserves the right to charge the full cleaning fee due.
